Who are we?

NickLink is responsible for the processing of all data on this site. Any questions or comments? Leave a response or get in touch with us.

Reactions

If visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address, and the browser user agent to help with spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service if you use it. The privacy policy page for the Gravatar service can be found here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

The processing of data from forms

The data shared through forms on the site is solely used to perform the requested action, such as responding to a query or sending a notification when a new article is published. This data is processed based on the performance of the agreement or contract between us.

The processing of data for the newsletter subscription

The purpose of collecting data on newsletter recipients is to gain insights into their reading and clicking behavior. This helps us understand who opens the newsletter, how often, and when. It also provides information on which links are clicked. By analyzing this data, we can better tailor the timing and content of the newsletter to the preferences of our readers.

For the processing of data, we have entered into a data processing agreement with Mailerlite. The collected data is not shared with other parties. The processing of data is based on the consent given by the users. The data of users who unsubscribe from the newsletter will be deleted within four weeks.

If you have any further questions or concerns regarding the processing of data for the newsletter, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
